Glasgow has a wonderful cathedral. Never seen something more beautiful. You definitely need to visit . As I know they have choir singing in the evening Food is terrible but that’s typical for the uk

I took the ferry from Belfast to Glasgow for a day trip! It was a very nice journey - had a lot of things to do and enjoy on the ferry itself! It was really good to see all the beautiful architecture in Glasgow. The steep roads and nice big parks were all at a walking distance from the City Centre! The people were also really kind and jolly in the streets!

Glasgow is where people are loud and cheerful, which can be mistaken for dangerous. In my opinion and experience it is as safe as any other city in Europe (for example). I have never had a serious safety issue in Glasgow.

Some parts of the city feel safe to walk alone at night and during the day. I'd avoid areas around central station if possible, especially at night. The west end of the city is generally safe although some green spaces have poor lighting so would avoid after dark. Generally feel safe but take the usual precautions when travelling around alone.

I lived in Glasgow for 4 years and it was a wonderful experience. Glasgow is one of the best cities that I have ever been, very friendly and welcoming. Its a bit expensive but loved the overall vibe of the city.
